How can i play this server?

There i downloaded patcher and small.exe client, it says something like this in english: Running this file wont work, because binkw32.dll is missing. Reinstalling program might fix the proplem.

You have to install it in the same folder where u have fully updated KRO / SAkray or otherwise download the whole thing from the RAGRAY LINK

Are you running Vista/7?

Try running the installers as an Administrator.
